HB 1807 -- Excursion Gambling Boat Admission Fees

Currently, subject to appropriation, one cent of the $1 admission
fee that excursion boat licensees must pay to the Gaming
Commission Fund for each person boarding an excursion gambling
boat may be deposited into the Compulsive Gamblers Fund.  This
bill requires that the one cent be deposited.
