HB 1837 -- Open Records

This bill revises the definition of "public governmental body" as
it relates to the Open Meetings and Records Law, commonly known
as the Sunshine Law, to include any public official, statewide
elected official, or employee of the state and its agencies when
operating in his or her official capacity and using state-funded
equipment for official communications.
