HB 1859 -- Patient Information Requirements Regarding Breast
Implantations

Currently, the Department of Health and Senior Services is
required to provide information to breast implantation patients
before the operation on the advantages and disadvantages of the
procedure.  This bill requires the attending physician to advise
the patient of this information.
