HB 1867 -- Mandated Reporters of Child Abuse

This bill adds to the list of mandatory reporters of child abuse
and neglect any adult who lives in the same household and
witnesses the abuse or neglect or possible abuse or neglect of a
child who is not subjected to the same suspected abusive
conditions or circumstances as the child.
