HB 1882 -- Dispensing Motor Fuel for the Disabled

This bill requires gas attendants at motor vehicle fuel dealers
that provide self-service and full-service sales to dispense fuel
to any motor vehicle parked at a self-service pump that displays
a license plate issued to a disabled veteran or a license plate
or placard issued to a disabled person if the disabled individual
is not accompanied by a person capable of dispensing the fuel.
The price will be the same as that charged the general public for
self-service fuel.

The bill also requires the Governor's Council on Disability to
post a list of all full-service stations located in the state on
its web site.
