HB 1889 -- Heroes Way Interstate Interchange Designation Program

Sponsor:  Biermann

Currently, a fee as determined by the Highways and Transportation
Commission to cover the costs of constructing and maintaining a
proposed interstate interchange sign is required to be submitted
with an application for an interchange designation under the
Heroes Way Interstate Interchange Designation Program.  This bill
removes the required fee.
