HB 1928 -- Motor Vehicle Windshield Stickers

This bill requires a window sticker to be placed on the inside
front windshield of a motor vehicle to show the current
registration instead of the current license plate tab.  A window
sticker will not be issued for a motorcycle or trailer
registration.

The bill becomes effective January 1, 2011.
