HB 1929 -- Renewable Energy Trends Sponsor: Low This bill establishes the Renewable Energy Information and Reporting Act which requires the Missouri Public Service Commission to provide an annual report on renewable energy trends and new developments to the Governor, General Assembly, public groups interested in energy and the environment, and all entities in the energy industry. The report must include current research and development of renewable energy resources and fossil fuel pollution-neutralizing technologies and updated statistics on energy efficiency of all energy sources, cost-to-return ratios on all energy sources, energy output of all land and water-based renewable fuel crops, and full life-cycle assessment impacts of all electricity and transportation fuel sources.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
