HB 1947 -- Automated Speed Enforcement Systems

Sponsor:  Corcoran

This bill prohibits any county, city, town, village,
municipality, state agency, or other political subdivision from
using an automated speed enforcement system as specified in the
bill to enforce speeding violations.  The system may be used in a
school, construction, or work zone.
