HB 1951 -- Chemical Emergency Preparedness Fund Sponsor: Sutherland This bill requires 10% of the natural resources damages collected under the Missouri Clean Water Law to be deposited into the Chemical Emergency Preparedness Fund and repeals the provision that allows any moneys in the fund in excess of $2 million to be transferred to general revenue every two years by appropriation.
