HB 1968 -- Anatomical Gifts by Inmates

This bill establishes the William John Yates Law which allows a
person who is or has been incarcerated to be a voluntary donor of
an anatomical gift.  Coercing or offering incentives, including a
reduced sentence or early release, to an incarcerated person to
be a donor will be considered an involuntary donation.
