HB 1973 -- Commissioners Appointed in Condemnation Proceedings

This bill requires at least two of the three disinterested
commissioners that the court, upon being satisfied that due
notice has been given that a condemnation petition is pending,
must appoint to be a licensed real estate broker or a state-
licensed or -certified real estate appraiser.
