HB 1983 -- Private Nuisance Actions

Currently, in any action for private nuisance where the amount in
controversy exceeds $1 million, the court or jury is required to
visit the property alleged to be affected by the nuisance if any
party makes that request.  This bill allows the court or jury to
visit the property.
