HB 1991 -- Emergency Services Board

Sponsor:  Schlottach

This bill specifies that the emergency services board of each
county is a body corporate and a political subdivision of the
state and will be responsible for the duties regarding the board
and county emergency services which are currently assigned to the
county's governing body.
