HB 2041 -- Landlord Utility Bills

This bill requires a landlord to supply a tenant with copies of
the utility bills for the premises for the previous 12 months or
a written statement of the approximate average monthly utility
bill for the previous 12 months at the time of entering into the
lease unless waived in writing by the tenant.
