HB 2049 -- Military Leave for Public Employees

This bill allows public employees who serve in the National Guard
or any reserve component of the United States military the option
to use any combination of their accrued annual leave,
compensatory time, paid military leave, or leave without pay
during the period the employee is absent to perform military
service.
