HB 2055 -- Drinking Establishments

Sponsor:  Silvey

This bill prohibits a person younger than 21 years of age, except
an underage entertainer as specified in the bill, from being
allowed inside a drinking establishment.  A drinking
establishment will not include any restaurant as specified in the
bill.  Any person violating this provision will be guilty of a
class C misdemeanor.
