Summary of the Introduced Bill

HB 2063 -- Liquified Petroleum Gas Accidents

Sponsor:  Kraus

This bill requires any person or affiliated industry who owns
propane, liquified petroleum gas, or compressed natural gas or
the storage and transportation infrastructure related to these
gases to report any accident to the Missouri Propane Gas
Commission.  The report, which will be a public record, must
include contact and identity information of the owner and the
date, time, and extent of damages of the accident.  The reporting
requirement does not apply to residential users of these gases.
