HB 2067 -- Reporting of Student Enrollment Information

This bill requires each public school district, charter school,
private school, and parochial school to report the number and age
of each student enrolled and the number of students in each grade
level to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education at
the beginning and at the end of each school year.  Year-round
schools must report twice annually as directed by the department,
and the department may specify a format for the submission of the
information.  Any person responsible for a child enrolled in a
home school must report the enrollment to the chief school
officer of the child's district of residence but does not need to
provide the name of the child or any other identifying
information.
