HB 2069 -- Registration Fees for Vacant Residential Structures

Currently, municipalities and St. Louis County are authorized to
impose a semi-annual registration fee of up to $200 on owners of
residential and commercial property with a residential structure
that has been vacant for at least six months and has multiple
housing code violations.  This bill authorizes the City of St.
Louis to establish a semi-annual fee by ordinance in an amount of
up to $600.
