HB 2082 -- False Reports Against Department of Corrections
Employees

This bill prohibits an offender in the custody of the Department
of Corrections from making a false report against any department
employee by knowingly giving false information to an employee for
the purpose of implicating any employee in a crime.

Any offender violating the provisions of the bill will be guilty
of a class D felony.
