HB 2083 -- Voluntary Acknowledgments of Paternity Sponsor: Grill This bill specifies that a completed form for the voluntary acknowledgment of paternity is not a public record except that the State Registrar must, upon request and payment of a fee as established by rule by the Department of Social Services under Section 454.455, RSMo, make a copy available to the child's mother, the father listed on the child's birth record, the attorney representing the mother or father, the child, the guardian ad litem, the child's attorney, and the state and federal government for child support purposes.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
