HB 2096 -- Sheriffs' Retirement System

This bill specifies that any partial term served by a member of
the Sheriffs' Retirement System who is elected sheriff at a
special election will be counted as serving an entire term when
calculating benefits under the system.  When calculating the
benefit of the member, years of service and twelfths of a year
will be used.
