HB 2108 -- Delinquent Tax Penalties

This bill prohibits any interest or penalty from being charged on
delinquent property taxes for a taxpayer who requests a waiver
because of an illness documented by a notarized letter from the
taxpayer's physician and submitted to the county collector within
60 days of the date on which the taxes are due.
