HB 2119 -- Forestry Management

Subject to appropriations, this bill allows the Department of
Conservation, in collaboration with the Department of Natural
Resources, to establish a program for good forestry management
including, but not limited to, the removal and planting of trees.
Any moneys collected by the Department of Natural Resources for
removing trees must only be used for parks in Missouri and not
included within the definition of total state revenues in
Article X, Section 17, of the Missouri Constitution.
