HB 2122 -- Missouri Local Government Employees' Retirement System

This bill allows a retiree of the Missouri Local Government
Employees' Retirement System (LAGERS) to serve as an elected
official for the political subdivision from which he or she is
receiving a retirement allowance without forfeiting his or her
monthly retirement benefit during the term of office.
