HB 2125 -- Blighted Areas

This bill specifies that "blight" and "blighted" as they relate
to the provisions regarding eminent domain refer to an area
which, by reason of the predominance of insanitary or unsafe
conditions or the existence of conditions which endanger life or
property, constitutes a menace to the public health, safety, or
morals in its present condition and is not zoned or used for
agricultural use.
