HB 2126 -- Proof of Identity for Driver's and Nondriver's
Licenses

This bill allows a person to use his or her military
identification card, a Social Security number, or a letter from
the United States Social Security Administration regarding the
status of his or her application for a Social Security number as
proof of identity when obtaining a driver's or nondriver's
license.
