HB 2134 -- Public School Retirement Systems

This bill excludes employees of nonprofit corporations whose
mission includes high school athletics from being a member of the
Public School Retirement System of Missouri or the Public
Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri unless the
corporation has a school improvement plan in place sanctioned by
the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and has
statutory authority to levy a property tax.
