HB 2147 -- A+ Program

Currently, students who are active-duty military dependents are
exempt from the three-year attendance requirement for the A+
Program.  This bill adds a dependent of a retired military
personnel who relocates to Missouri within one year of the date
of his or her parent's retirement from active duty to the
attendance exemption.
