HB 2151 -- Transportation Management Companies with State
Contracts

This bill specifies that certain vehicles used to transport
persons under a contract between a state agency and a
transportation management company will not be subject to
regulations adopted by the Regional Taxicab Commission for the
City of St. Louis and St. Louis County while performing services
under the contract.
