HB 2158 -- Ballroom Dance Courses in Public Schools

Sponsor:  Nolte

This bill allows public schools to offer courses in ballroom
dance.  The course will be treated as a qualified fine arts and a
physical education activity for academic credit and counted
toward the satisfaction of any physical education or fine arts
requirement of the public school and any entrance requirements of
a public higher education institution.
