HB 2161 -- Driver's License Application Information

Currently, the sale of driver's license application information
to other organizations or states for commercial purposes is
prohibited.  This bill specifies that "commercial purposes" will
not include the use of driver's license application information
used or compiled solely for purposes expressly allowed under the
Missouri or federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act.
