HB 2163 -- Automatic Renewal Provisions in Contracts

This bill requires any company that has a contract containing an
automatic renewal provision to send a notice to the person with
whom it has a contract at least 31 days before the contract
automatically renews.  The notice must contain the date the
contract will renew and state that he or she has 31 days to
terminate the contract prior to its automatic renewal.
