HB 2168 -- Disruption of Irrigation Activities

This bill prohibits major users of water resources from
withdrawing or diverting water which unduly interferes with the
reasonable and normal irrigation activities of certain specified
farming operations within the Southeast Missouri Regional Water
District.  If a withdrawal or diversion occurs, the Attorney
General or any affected party may seek an injunction.  No
injunction may be issued if it would be detrimental to public
health or safety.
