HB 2169 -- Road Project to Reduce Flooding

Subject to appropriations, this bill requires the Department of
Transportation to take corrective action to reduce the frequency
of flooding on State Highway 94 west of Terry Road in St. Charles
County by raising the 3,500-foot portion of the road that is
prone to flooding by approximately 3.5 feet.
