HB 2197 -- Unlawful Use of Weapons

This bill prohibits anyone who pleads guilty to or is found
guilty of an unlawful use of weapons felony violation from
receiving a suspended imposition of sentence if he or she has
previously received a suspended imposition of sentence for any
other firearms or weapons-related felony offense.
