HB 2202 -- Electronic Advertisement Signs

Beginning August 28, 2010, this bill prohibits an electronic or
digital outdoor sign or billboard intended to advertise or inform
from being erected within 1,500 feet of an intersection located
in any county, city, town, village, municipality, state agency,
or other political subdivision.
