HB 2206 -- Sale and Distribution of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri

This bill repeals the provision which requires the Revisor of
Statutes to provide a hard copy version of the Revised Statutes
of Missouri without charge to specified libraries, state
agencies, judges, court clerks, General Assembly members, and
schools and repeals the provision creating the Statutory Revision
Fund.  The statutes will continue to be published and may be
produced in a hard copy or in a web-based electronic format which
the revisor may sell at a price as determined by the Committee on
Legislative Research.
