HB 2210 -- Third Party Candidates

This bill changes the laws regarding the Fair Ballot Access Act
by repealing the provision which requires a petition to form a
new political party to contain the name of a qualified resident
of each Congressional district to serve as a nominee for
presidential elector and instead requires the information to be
provided at the time a candidate files for office.
