HB 2255 -- Meningococcal Vaccinations

This bill requires the Department of Health and Senior Services
to develop information by January 1, 2011, for each school
district to provide at the beginning of each school year to the
parent or guardian and each student in sixth through twelfth
grade about meningococcal disease and the availability of a
vaccine to prevent the disease.
