HB 2261 -- A+ Program

Currently, students who are active-duty military dependents are
exempt from the three-year attendance requirement for the A+
Program.  This bill adds dependents of retired military personnel
who relocate to Missouri within one year of the date of their
parents' retirement from active duty to the attendance exemption.
