HB 2274 -- Accessible Parking and Disabled License Plates and Placards Sponsor: Still This bill requires all new signs erected beginning August 28, 2010, relating to disabled parking to contain the words "Accessible Parking" instead of "Handicap Parking" or "Handicapped Parking" and establishes the "Jayne Gaines Law" which exempts any person 80 years of age or older from the requirement of submitting a physician's statement to obtain or renew a disabled license plate or placard.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
