HB 2275 -- Public Records

This bill requires a public governmental body that owns,
operates, or maintains a web site which is open to the public to
immediately withdraw a person's personal identifying information
from the web site upon receiving a written request from the
person.  The provisions of the bill do not apply to a web site
designed to disseminate information to the public concerning
registered criminal offenders.
