HB 2287 -- Bill Assignment Requirements of the General Assembly

This bill specifies that in order to comply with the requirements
of Article III, Section 22, of the Missouri Constitution, all
bills filed with the Secretary of the Senate or the Chief Clerk
of the House of Representatives must be referred to a committee
within 20 legislative days of the date of filing.
