HB 2289 -- Electronic Notification by the Department of Revenue

This bill allows the Director of the Department of Revenue to
transmit any notice required under Chapters 211, 301, 302, 303,
304, 306, 454, 544, and 571, RSMo, by electronic mail in lieu of
ordinary mail if the intended recipient of the notice has
provided an electronic mail address to the department and has
consented to the receipt of notifications through the electronic
mail address provided.
