HB 2292 -- Public School Retirement Systems

Sponsor:  Fallert

This bill allows a person employed by a public school for 17
hours or less per week to also be eligible to work at another
public school for up to 17 hours per week.  The hours cannot be
combined for the purpose of establishing eligibility for
creditable service in the Public School Retirement System or the
Public Education Employee Retirement System unless specifically
approved by the board of trustees of the appropriate system.
