HB 2312 -- Research Park Annexation

This bill allows a municipality to annex a parcel of property
that is compact and contiguous to the existing boundaries of the
municipality and which is used as a research park if the parcel
has not been sold within the previous six months and upon the
written consent of all the property owners within the
unincorporated area of the parcel.
