HB 2316 -- Legislator Expenses

Sponsor:  Biermann

This bill prohibits a member of the General Assembly who is
ineligible for election to either chamber of the General Assembly
because of term limits or who was defeated for re-election from
receiving any state funds for out-of-state travel expenses unless
the expenses were incurred while the General Assembly is in
session.
