HB 2328 -- Foster Home Licensing Records

This bill specifies that in response to a request for the release
of investigation records of the Children's Division within the
Department of Social Services regarding a decision for the
denial, suspension, or revocation of a license to operate or
maintain a foster home, the division may only include information
relating to the nature and disposition of the denial, suspension,
or revocation of the license.  The licensure records of a foster
or adoptive home are to be considered closed and not subject to
the provisions of the Open Meetings and Records Law, commonly
known as the Sunshine Law.
